The Project
ODOT has been working with agency and community partners to increase education and enforcement along the Mt. Hood Highway Safety Corridor with intelligent traffic sign systems.
The Solution
Utilizing a Bauer BG 24 H, Pacific Foundation designed a solution and method in conventional mode to drill the 60″ shafts required for the cantilever signs.
The Result
The ITS signage provide motorists with critical information to reduce accidents, fatalities and traffic violations on a hazardous section of road.
