The Baby Mait is a highly capable low clearance vertical drill rig, capable of installing 42” diameter shafts in low headroom conditions. Ours is unique in that it is fitted with a second rotary motor, greatly increasing is power, as well as multiple Kelly bars. While it is not a drill rig that we use every day, when constraints require a low overhead drill rig, this particular one is up to the challenge.
