The $246 million parking garage adds another seven-stories of long-term parking. Pacific Foundation’s scope included the design and installation of a jet grout column watertight shoring system in a low clearance environment, a soldier pile with limited access and low clearance micropiles installed at depths of up to 170 ft using a Comacchio MC-4D and 8D, Klemm 805 and Bauer BG40 drill rig.
