The Solution
1800 rigid inclusions, installed at a depth of 52.5′, provided ground improvement for the 986,000 sq ft data center project, ensuring efficient installation.
The Result
The data center provides a dependable and fast connection to Asia-Pacific, supporting smooth operations for gaming, cloud, media, and SaaS services.
Project Scope
This approximately 45-acre project included the construction of two data center buildings which had a total footprint of approximately 986,000 square feet. Pacific Foundation was contracted to install over 1800 rigid inclusions, at a depth of 52.5’ from surface. The rigid inclusions provided ground improvement to support for the massive phase 1 building. Multiple vertical drill rigs were used such as the Bauer BG40 and BG24 to provide our client with highly efficient installation schedule.
