The OHSU Center for Health & Healing is a 412,000-square-feet medical building in the South Waterfront district of Portland, OR. Pacific drilled 101 gravity and tension 24” to 36” dia. shafts up to 100’ in depth using our BG40 in CFA mode. In addition, we constructed several design build shoring walls and a soldier pile pit for a tunnel between adjacent properties. For that portion of work we devised a removable plate system soil nailed in place to minimize ground loss as the jacking pipe exited the shoring wall.
