For this first-of-it's kind project, Kelikai-Pacific JV engineered a CDSM bottom seal solution to allow site engineers to build below the water table. This was an incredibly challenging project that required total committment and teamwork from the general contractor, Nordic PCL, and the Kelikai-Pacific JV teams.
